The Suçatı Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP) was acquired by our company, Modoğlu İnşaat, through the privatization tender with a highest bid of TRY 30.54 million. Based on the approximate exchange rate as of 07.09.2016 (around 3.0 TRY/USD), this corresponds to approximately USD 10.2 million. The facility was added to our energy portfolio following its transfer from the Electricity Generation Company (EÜAŞ) in 2017.
